Inconsistent tense

Hi everyone! I'm new to the wiki and am a big fan of WicDiv. One thing I've noticed as I've been browsing the wiki is an inconsistent use of tense. There seems to be a mixture of past and present tense (particularly within the character history sections), and it differs from page to page. I think that we should probably aim to make this more consistent across the wiki and settle on one. What are everyone's thoughts on this?
