Sky Manipulation is one of the miracles performed by the gods of the Pantheon. It is the ability to manipulate the sky and the weather, and cause a wide array of meteorological phenomena.
Baal used this miracle once after his first time with Inanna in order to summon rain. This also caused a lightning to cross the sky. Due to being a weather god, he also probably can summon other weather effects.[1]
During the past recurrence, Baal summoned a storm in order to drown Neptune and make him the third sacrifice to their ritual. Later, when the ritual was being held in the lighthouse, a massive storm gathered around it, causing lightning and crashing waves. The gods navigated through it, and Minerva was seemingly taming the storm in order for them to nagivate the boat, although it's possible it was Wind Manipulation instead.[2]
