Portal Creation is a rare miracle displayed by the gods of the Pantheon. It's the power to open portals connecting two locations without traveling through the space in-between.
Woden, tapping into Mimir's powers, was capable of developing the Bifröst, in reference to the rainbow bridge from Norse mythology. This portal was circular and rainbow-like in appearance. Woden and the Valkyries used it to move quickly through locations.[1] Bifröst could be used as a scrying device to observe events happening far away.[2] In later uses, Woden manifested the Bifröst in the form of colored spotlights, in which travelers would jump.[3][4] This use of Bifröst more closely resembled Stepping. So far, the only known limitation of Bifröst is that it could not work properly in the Underground due to it's unique properties, although it did worked when Baal found his way there using Owly.[4]
Dionysus was also shown, once, opening a portal, seemingly to nowhere, in which he threw Laura's clothes. It's unknown were the portal led to, since the clothes were not retrieved later on.[5]
