Mind Manipulation is one of the miracles displayed by the gods of the Pantheon. It's the power to control and manipulate one's mind in several ways.
In 1831, Woden managed to change the existence of the Creature that Lucifer and the Morrigan created from Hades' hand. She granted it a consciousness it didn't have, while simultaneously changing it's form and transfering at least one of her powers to it.[1] However, doing so costed her very life.
In 2014, Ananke used this simple miracle in order to sedate Minerva and take her to the machine in order to sacrifice her in the core sacrament.[2] Woden also could exert some degree of control over the minds of the Valkyries when they were in battle, commanding her moves and also having full control over them while they were assembled in the Valkyrie Leviathan.[2][3]
Later it was specified by Woden and later shown by Dionysus that his Hive Mind Dance Floor Performance in fact also allows him to take control of the collective minds of the dancers in order for him to literally transform them into his personal army. As seen where he brought them with him during Persephone,The Morrigan and Baphomet's assault on Valhalla to save Minerva. The party-goers in particular was seen being completely enveloped in full body multi colored-technicolor dance floor light and them developing the same pitch-black scelra and wine purple/pink irises as Dionysus.
Later after studying Dio's Performance, Woden( or rather Mimir) Successfully managed to create a machine that copied Dio's Hive Mind and transform it into a full blown mass mind control device.
